To manage the Flagship (Bristol) Flexible office space to a high standard, always going above and beyond to ensure the smooth running of the space and member satisfaction.


Efficient running of the Flagship space, effectively managing all member queries (new enquiries and existing member concerns) whilst ensuring the highest standards are met for our members and providing excellent customer service.


  • Engage with members to a high level of service and satisfaction with their working environment
  • Ensure the office is fully operational and processes run smoothly
  • Demonstrate Flagships core values to members and tenants
  • Assist in securing and implementing events and partnerships
  • Secure partnerships with outsourced providers
  • Manage support services to the space (cleaning, infrastructure, telco)
